1. Relaxed Merge Validation ?

The dilemma of existing parallel execution:

"Execute quickly, but rerun if conflicts occur."

The problem is that the conflict rate is 30-50%. In DeFi, it rises as high as 70%.

Monad Solution:

Step 1: Optimistic Execution (All TXs Parallel)
Step 2: "Relaxed" Verification
- Perfect matching not required
- Only minimum conditions checked
- Only partial states re-executed

Results:
- Collision rate reduced from 50% to 5%
- Re-execution time reduced by 90%
- Effective TPS increased by 3x

Why is this revolutionary?

Even if 100 MEV bots simultaneously attempt sandwich attacks, only 5 need to be re-executed.
CEX-level high-frequency trading becomes possible on-chain.

2. Reserve Balance ?
The Achilles' heel of parallel execution: Double spending

Monad's solution:
- 10 MON reserve deposit for every account
- Automatic revert if reserve falls below deposit during TX execution

- Requires 100 reads
- Ethereum: 1 second
- Monad: 1ms

On-chain order book:
- Matching 10,000 orders
- Ethereum: Impossible
- Monad: 10ms

Now Binance can be implemented on-chain.
