需要解释一下，Jarsy 使用预售模型，在这种方式下，用户首先通过认购“预售代币”表达其投资意向。一旦达到足够的资金门槛，Jarsy 才会去二级市场购买实际的股份。之后，用户可以将他们的预售代币转换为正式代币。

实际体验参与后，我认为目前参与私募股权的代币认购存在两个障碍。
一是认知门槛。对于我这样没有过股票市场参与经验的小白来说，实在不好评估某个项目是否“便宜”。比如 xAI 估值 1130 亿美元，这个价格到底合理不合理？需要对比同类公司OpenAI、Anthropic 的估值水平，还要考虑马斯克的个人影响力溢价。这种判断需要大量的行业知识积累。
二是流动性。尽管 Jarsy 推出了类似于传统市场限价单的功能，允许用户出售其私募股权代币，但流动性依旧不大。这也意味着，如果某些公司迟迟不上市，而其私募股权代币的流动性又不大，那么持有人要么折扣出售，要么被迫持有。

好消息是，Jarsy 的资金门槛很低，最低仅 10 美元就能参与，且用户预售额越多手续费越低（仅预售模式），意味着用户可以以很小的风险进行试错。更重要的是，Jarsy 正在构建的是一个全新的交易市场。传统 pre-IPO 投资门槛极高，通常需要数百万美元起步，且仅限于机构投资者。Jarsy 通过代币化将这个市场民主化，这本身就是一个巨大的创新。
