其实涉及到币股发行，大家都应该去自己读（可以用翻译但不是用AI咀嚼）sec filing文件。

$ALTS 募了$1.5B用于购买7.5%的代币，均价$0.2。其中募资可以以美金/稳定币/WLFI来交割， $WLFI 的对价也是$0.2。

翻来翻去都没找到合适的融资历史，自己做了一个。很多“机构”其实和大伙一样都在公售轮。

@worldlibertyfi, a DeFi project backed by the Trump family, is aiming to raise $1.5B to establish a publicly traded treasury company that will hold its WLFI tokens, according to Bloomberg and Fortune.
