$FBA Roadmap

Phase 1: The Challenge Begins
We are experienced six figure Amazon FBA sellers taking on a new challenge, starting from scratch and scaling a new Amazon business from £100 to £100,000 per month. This phase focuses on transparency and execution, applying the knowledge, sourcing methods, and systems we’ve already proven in our existing operations.

Phase 2: Initial Growth
Our growth is fully powered by creator fees. 75% of fees are reinvested into purchasing inventory for the business, while 25% is used to burn supply live every day at 6PM BST, creating a daily deflationary effect that rewards holders and supports growth.

Phase 3: Compounding
In addition to creator fees, 25% of all monthly Amazon profits will be allocated toward token burns. These monthly burns will represent significant reductions in circulating supply, accelerating long term token value and reinforcing ecosystem stability.

Phase 4: A2A Bot Development
We are currently developing the A2A Bot, a price tracking system that alerts users when products are listed significantly below their average selling price. This makes Amazon arbitrage faster, safer, and more profitable, supported by verified invoices and product vetting to maintain compliance and reduce risk. This will only be accessible to holders of X amount of $FBA.

Phase 5: Building the Network
Alongside the bot, we are creating a private network of elite Amazon sellers, each with a minimum of £20,000 in monthly sales. This community will focus on collaboration, education, and mentorship, sharing real sourcing strategies, supplier connections, and scaling systems solely for $FBA holders.

Phase 6: Evaluation
Once we reach our £100K monthly target, the business will undergo an evaluation to attract long term investors who share our vision. This will mark the transition from startup phase to a scalable, community backed FBA ecosystem.

Phase 7: Launching our Platform
With the help of investors, we will officially launch the largest no nonsense FBA community, combining the A2A Bot, in depth sourcing lessons like storefront stalking, wholesale, and private label, access to verified manufacturers, private label growth systems, and VA training frameworks amongst other things. Our platforms only accepted payment method will be $FBA.

Phase 8: Mentorship
At this stage, we will select five token holders to receive free mentorship, helping them scale to £10K per month. Following this, we will launch our exclusive one to one mentorship program, accessible only to token holders.
