Solayer 的治理功能终于是激活了，目前开启了第一项提案投票：设定 InfiniSVM (Solayer 做的采用硬件加速的 SVM 网络，快上测试网了) 治理代币 $LAYER 的 PoS 通胀数值。

- 主网上线后的初始 PoS 通胀设定为每年 8% (以激励 $LAYER 持有者积极参与到网络质押)；
- 然后每年降低 15% (例如：第一年 8%，第二年 (8*0.85) 6.8%，第三年 (6.8*0.85) 5.78%)；
- 直到通胀降到 2% 后就固定不动了 (第 10 年通胀会降到 2%)。

这个提案投票在 2 天后结束，目前来看通过是没有悬念的。不过通胀产出并不是通过后就会开始，而是要等 InfiniSVM 主网上线并且推出质押功能后才开始。估计最早都得年底了。
