A lot has changed in the past few weeks. Hyperliquid is no longer a consensus trade. Competitors like Aster and Lighter have stolen the spotlight. Hyperliquid’s OI share against CEXs has decreased significantly. Revenue stagnated over the past few weeks, with no new ATH because of the increased DEX competition (mainly airdrop driven).

Upcoming catalysts for Hyperliquid could include HIP-3 (stocks on-chain via Unit), private markets (Ventuals) and another points season. It will also be interesting to see whether Lighter or Aster can maintain their volume / OI after their respective airdrops (obvious answer is no) and if this capital flows back to HL.
